About Iyengar Yoga North

Iyengar Yoga North was created by Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher Rose Goldblatt with the mission to spread the teaching and practice of Iyengar Yoga throughout the region of the White Mountains.

Currently, she and Moncia Plante are the only certified teachers in the area, but hopes to eventually have many certified teachers as part of Iyengar Yoga North.

Iyengar Yoga classes are currently taught by Rose at Iyengar Yoga North, 23 Ammonoosuc St. Littleton NH 03561 on the 4th floor.

Yoga classes are currently taught by David Goldblatt, who is not certified in the Iyengar method, at his yoga studio. 

Whether you are new to yoga, Iyengar yoga, or already have an existing practice of either, come take a class with them and enjoy a wonderful & rewarding yoga experience.
